It's Harvest Time

Walking out to the garden to see spots of red makes me smile!  Ahhh, it's harvest time.  My Beefsteak tomatoes are almost ready--2 are pink, and my Romas are exploding:
One lone green tomato dropped when I tugged...fried green tomatoes are tasty, too!
Not a bad harvest for June in San Diego!  So, now to decide which yummy recipe I plan to make with these juicy treats.  Perhaps....

Or a tomato & olive salad

 Caprese salad sounds great, too

Or maybe I'll just toss them with pasta!

Decisions, decisions!  Fabulous decisions to make! ;o)  Hope you are enjoying your garden this season, too!

I am an avid gardener. I could not agree more, there is nothing like harvesting one's own food from one's own garden!

What I love about tomatoes are their nutritional value. They are known sources of lycopene, vitamin c and antioxidants. Great pictures, thanks.

Yes, tomatoes can help boost your immune system. This is also great for your skin too, the natural way.

Tomatoes are good for those who want to reduce weight. Actually, I love adding fresh tomatoes to my salad. I am more aware to my diet because I want to maintain my good body shape. Last year, I went to Los Angeles. Breast implants, lipo, and Los Angeles nose surgery are the popular expertise among surgeons here. When I've undergone lipo and breast enhancements, I promised to be more health conscious.
